New Year's Party Mimosa
- 12 ounces apricot nectar mango
- 12 ounces pineapple juice
- 3/4 cup water cold
- 6 ounces orange juice frozen, concentrate, thawed and undiluted
- 750 millilitres champagne cold
- Stir together apricot nectar, pineapple juice, water, and orange juice concentrate in a large pitcher until combined.
- Pour in bottle of sparkling wine just before serving.
