Buffalo Chicken Burgers
- 1 pound Ground Chicken
- 2 Tablespoons Hot Sauce-I Use Frank's
- 8 ounces, weight Blue Cheese Crumbles
- 4 Hamburger Buns
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 8 ounces, fluid Ranch Dressing
- Heat a grill pan over medium high heat (or you can use a George Forman grill according to manufacturers instructions).
- In a medium bowl, mix the ground chicken meat, hot sauce and half of the blue cheese.
- With wet hands, divide the mixture in 4 equal parts and form burger patties.
- When the grill pan is hot, carefully place the burgers on the grill.
- Grill for approximately 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- Remove from the grill and place on a plate.
- Butter the inside of both halves of the burger buns and place on the grill for a few minutes until browned to your liking.
- Place the bottom of the bun on a plate, add ranch dressing, and a burger pattie.
- Top with 1 ounce of blue cheese.
- Spread the top bun with more dressing and enjoy.
- Use carrots and celery as an accompaniment.
