Buffalo Chicken Burgers

  1. Heat a grill pan over medium high heat (or you can use a George Forman grill according to manufacturers instructions).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the ground chicken meat, hot sauce and half of the blue cheese.
  3. With wet hands, divide the mixture in 4 equal parts and form burger patties.
  4. When the grill pan is hot, carefully place the burgers on the grill.
  5. Grill for approximately 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  6. Remove from the grill and place on a plate.
  7. Butter the inside of both halves of the burger buns and place on the grill for a few minutes until browned to your liking.
  8. Place the bottom of the bun on a plate, add ranch dressing, and a burger pattie.
  9. Top with 1 ounce of blue cheese.
  10. Spread the top bun with more dressing and enjoy.
  11. Use carrots and celery as an accompaniment.
