Easy Baked Macaroni and Cheese

  1. Cook pasta to al dente, drain and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together cheeses, soup, milk, sour cream, and spices.
  3. Add pasta to the cheese mixture.
  4. Stir to coat pasta in mixture.
  5. Pour pasta mixture into a casserole dish.
  6. Melt butter and mix with breadcrumbs.
  7. Sprinkle breadcrumb mixture on top of pasta.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
  9. Then broil on high for 1-2 minutes, or until top is lightly browned.
