Easy Baked Macaroni and Cheese
- 12 ounces, weight Rotini Pasta
- 4 ounces, weight Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 4 ounces, weight Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese
- 1/4 cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 ounce, weight American Cheese
- 1 can (10 Oz. Size) Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup
- 1/4 cups Sour Cream
- 1 cup Milk
- 1/2 teaspoons Dry Mustard
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
- 1/4 cups Seasoned Breadcrumbs
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- Cook pasta to al dente, drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix together cheeses, soup, milk, sour cream, and spices.
- Add pasta to the cheese mixture.
- Stir to coat pasta in mixture.
- Pour pasta mixture into a casserole dish.
- Melt butter and mix with breadcrumbs.
- Sprinkle breadcrumb mixture on top of pasta.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
- Then broil on high for 1-2 minutes, or until top is lightly browned.
