For Bentos! Leafy Vegetable, Yuzu and Bonito Flake Rolls

  1. Blanch the leafy vegetables in plenty of hot water for 3 minutes.
  2. Cool the leaves in cold water, and drain well.
  3. Place a a large leaf on a sushi rolling mat then layer on the smaller leaves.
  4. Add the bonito flakes and yuzu and roll it up.
  5. Cut into easy to eat pieces.
