For Bentos! Leafy Vegetable, Yuzu and Bonito Flake Rolls
- 1 Leafy vegetables (Cabbage, Chinese cabbage etc.)
- 1 dash Cut yuzu skin (Japanese citron fruit)
- 1 Bonito flakes
- Blanch the leafy vegetables in plenty of hot water for 3 minutes.
- Cool the leaves in cold water, and drain well.
- Place a a large leaf on a sushi rolling mat then layer on the smaller leaves.
- Add the bonito flakes and yuzu and roll it up.
- Cut into easy to eat pieces.
