Lemony Smashed Sweet Potatoes

  1. Place potatoes into 4-quart saucepan; cover with water.
  2. Bring to a boil over high heat.
  3. Reduce heat to medium-low; cook 10-15 minutes or until potatoes are tender; drain.
  4. Place potatoes into bowl.
  5. Melt butter in same saucepan over medium heat.
  6. Add pecans; cook 3-5 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Add drained potatoes to pan; mash until desired consistency.
  8. Add all remaining ingredients; mash lightly until well mixed and marshmallows start to melt.
