Pork Chow Mein for 2

  1. Fry pea pods in hot fat.
  2. Add celery and water chestnuts.
  3. Remove from pan.
  4. In separate pan, fry for 1 minute bean sprouts.
  5. Remove from pan.
  6. Add 3 tablespoons oil to pan if needed.
  7. Add chopped broccoli.
  8. Remove from pan after crisp-tender cooking.
  9. Marinate meat in: 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch 1 tablespoons soy sauce.
  10. Add 4 tablespoons oil to skillet.
  11. Heat, add meat, salt and vegetables.
  12. Mix: 1 tablespoons cornstarch 1/4 teaspoons Accent Add 1/2 cup water to above mixture.
  13. Thicken if necessary.
  14. Pour mixture over pan fried noodles.
