Celebration Punch

• 3 (46 ounce) cans pineapple juice
• 1 pint brandy (16oz)
• 1 pint Cointreau liqueur (16oz)
• 1 cup white corn syrup
• 3 (25 ounce) bottles champagne (or thereabouts)

1. Mix pineapple juice, brandy, cointreau and corn syrup.
2. Cover & chill for 24hrs.
3. When ready to serve, put in a large punch bowl with a big chunk of ice and add the champagne.
