Tamale Frittata
- 2 tsp. oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3 savory tamales (1 lb.), cut into bite-size pieces
- 8 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
- 1/2 cup green salsa, warmed
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.
- Add onions; cook and stir 2 min.
- Add tamales; cook and stir 5 min.
- or until golden brown.
- Stir in eggs; cover.
- Cook on medium-low heat 6 to 8 min.
- or until center is set.
- Top with cheese.
- Remove from heat.
- Let stand, covered, 2 min.
- or until cheese is melted.
- Serve topped with salsa and cilantro.
