Herb-Roasted Root Vegetables

  1. peel and cut turnips into 1 inch pieces.
  2. peel and cut parsnips into 1/2 inch pieces.
  3. Cut onion into 1 inch wedges.
  4. Preheat Oven to 425.
  5. Spray 15x10x1 pan with cooking spray.
  6. Arrnage vegetables in single layer
  7. Spray with cooking spray.
  8. Sprinkle Italain seasoning and coarse salt.
  9. Bake uncovered for 45 to 55 minutes stirring once-until vegetables are tender.
