All-Star Apple Pie

  1. Combine pie filling, lemon jucie and cinnamon in a bowl. Mix well and spoon into pastry shell. In another bowl, combine flour and brown sugar; cut in butter until minture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in nuts, oats and coconut; sprinkle over pie filling. Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 min. or until topping is golden brown. Cover edge of pastry with foil to keep from over browning if necessary. Cool on a wire rack before cutting.
