Grilled Shiitake Mushroom with Japanese Sauce

• Sauce: (mixed in advance)
• * 1 Japanese long onion (chopped)
• * 1 clove garlic (grated)
• * 1 clove ginger (grated)
• * 1 Tbsp sesame oil
• * 1/3 tsp salt
• * 1 tsp lemon juice
• * 1 Tbsp white sesame seeds
• * to tase pepper
• 2 fresh shiitake mushrooms(cleaned, removed stems)

1. Place the sauce (ingredients with * )on the underside of the cap of a mushroom.
2. Grill the shiitake mushroom with toaster oven until well browned and fragrant.
