Barbados Hot Sauce Recipe

  1. This recipe is from a fund raising cookbook from Barbados.
  2. Windmill doesn't include horseradish in the list of ingredients but it sounds good.
  3. Mince the first 8 ingredients together.
  4. Add in vinegar till the desired consistency is obtained, then bottle and leave for 3 or possibly 4 days before using.
