Summer Evening Saute
- 2 lb Fresh brussel sprouts, stems removed and halved
- 1 packages Turkey Bacon, diced
- 2 medium Sweet onions, finely chopped
- 1 packages cherry tomatos, halved
- 2 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp Taco Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Heat large skillet over medium-high heat and add Olive oil.
- Brown garlic and add onion.
- Saute until tender- crisp.
- Add bacon and stir together well.
- Cook partially and add brussel sprouts.
- Cook until brussel sprouts are tender and bacon is fully cooked.
- Ross in tomatoes and stir well.
- Cook for another 5 minutes until heated through!
