Quicker Than the Original Delicious, Creamy, Potato Soup

  1. In a pan combine first 11 ingredients.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Cover and simmer about 20 minutes.
  4. Add 1 cup milk.
  5. Add 1 3/4 cup cream.
  6. Add in 8 ounces cream cheese.
  7. Stir until combined and smooth.
  8. Return to boil then simmer until potatoes have finished cooking.
  9. Remove from heat.
  10. Garnish with bacon, chives and shredded cheddar.
