Country Morning Sandwiches

• 24 each OSCAR MAYER Raw Pork Sausage Patties
• 24 each egg bagels, split, toasted
• 24 each eggs, scrambled
• 24 slices KRAFT Pasteurized Process American Cheese Slice

1. Cook sausage patties as directed on package directions (to an internal temperature of 165F).
2. Keep warm.
3. For each serving: Place 1 sausage patty on bottom half of bagel; top with about 1/4 cup (2 oz.)
4. of the eggs and 1 process cheese slice.
5. Broil until process cheese is melted.
6. Cover with top of bagel.
7. Serve immediately or hold on steamtable at medium setting up to 30 minutes.
