Country Morning Sandwiches
- 24 each OSCAR MAYER Raw Pork Sausage Patties
- 24 each egg bagels, split, toasted
- 24 each eggs, scrambled
- 24 slices KRAFT Pasteurized Process American Cheese Slice
- Cook sausage patties as directed on package directions (to an internal temperature of 165F).
- Keep warm.
- For each serving: Place 1 sausage patty on bottom half of bagel; top with about 1/4 cup (2 oz.)
- of the eggs and 1 process cheese slice.
- Broil until process cheese is melted.
- Cover with top of bagel.
- Serve immediately or hold on steamtable at medium setting up to 30 minutes.
