Bagna Lauda Recipe

  1. Heat oil and butter over medium heat till hot.
  2. Add in garlic and 2 Tbsp.
  3. cooking lowfat milk, anchovy and black pepper, and blend, using submersion blender.
  4. Pour into fondue pot and serve vegetables on the side.
  5. This recipe yields 4 servings.
