For Your Lunchbox Sesame Shichimi Pork Patties
- 200 grams *Ground pork
- 1/2 *Beaten egg
- 1 tbsp *Katakuriko
- 2 tsp *Oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp *Sesame oil
- 2 pinch *Salt
- 1 Toasted sesame seeds
- 1 Shichimi spice
- 1 Vegetable oil
- Combine all the * ingredients.
- Form into small hamburger patties.
- Sprinkle each patty with sesame seeds, shichimi spice, and katakuriko.
- You can also add the shichimi spice to the meat mixture before forming if you'd prefer, but even if you choose to do so, make sure to sprinkle on the surface before frying too.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Cook the patties on both sides, and when they turn golden brown, it's done.
- They cook quickly, so be careful with the heat.
- If you pack these in your lunchbox, bring a small container of ponzu sauce to dress them.
