Peach Pie With Brown Sugar Topping Recipe

  1. Fill unbaked pie shell with fresh, sliced peaches that have been mixed with sugar, flour and cinnamon.
  2. Topping: Mix the 1/2 c. brown sugar and 1/2 c. flour.
  3. Mix brown sugar and flour; cut in butter and shortening till mix is like meal.
  4. Sprinkle mix over peaches.
  5. Sprinkle pecans over all.
  6. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour or possibly till brown.
