Kimchi Sliders
- 2 Land O Lakes Garlic & Herb Saute Express squares, softened
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped water chestnuts
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
- 1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 cup mild kimchi, coarsely chopped
- 8 slider or dollar-sized buns, split, toasted
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Heat gas grill on medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.
- Whisk Saute Express squares, soy sauce, hoisin sauce and ground ginger together in bowl.
- Add ground beef, water chestnuts, green onions and bread crumbs; mix well.
- Shape ground beef into 8 patties.
- Place patties onto grill; grill, turning once, 8-10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160F and meat is no longer pink in center.
