Mexican Wedding Cookies Recipe
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
- 1 c. minced nuts
- Sufficient confectioners' sugar to dust finished cookies

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2.
- Sift flour and salt together.
- 3.
- Cream butter with sugar till light and fluffy.
- Blend in vanilla.
- Gradually add in flour, mixing only till smooth.
- Blend in nuts.
- 4.
- Form dough into 1 inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Flatten slightly.
- Bake for 12 min or possibly till lightly brown.
- Dust at once with confectioners' sugar and allow to cold.
- Makes about 5 dozen.
