Slow-Cooker Chicken and Stuffing
- 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs (1-1/2 lb./675 g)
- 1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 McIntosh apple, chopped
- 1/2 cup water
- 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh sage
- Place chicken in slow cooker.
- Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl; spoon over chicken.
- Cover with lid.
- Cook on LOW 3 to 4 hours (or on HIGH 2 to 3 hours).
