Creamy Mexican Sauce
- 2 jalapeno chiles, seeded and chopped
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) minced onion
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) chicken broth
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) cream
- 1 tsp (5 ml). salt
- 1/2 tsp (2 ml). cumin, ground
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) butter
- Place all ingredients except butter in saucepan on medium heat.
- Reduce to one half.
- Whisk in butter.
- Serve on grilled meats or with noodles.
