Creamy Mexican Sauce

• 2 jalapeno chiles, seeded and chopped
• 2 tbsp (30 ml) minced onion
• 1/2 cup (125 ml) chicken broth
• 1/2 cup (125 ml) cream
• 1 tsp (5 ml). salt
• 1/2 tsp (2 ml). cumin, ground
• 1 tbsp (15 ml) butter

1. Place all ingredients except butter in saucepan on medium heat.
2. Reduce to one half.
3. Whisk in butter.
4. Serve on grilled meats or with noodles.
