Shrimp/Seafood Pasta
- 50 -60 frozen cooked shrimp, (1 shrimp ring)
- 34 cup imitation crabmeat
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed or finely chopped
- 1 -2 tablespoon butter
- 1 -2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 10 -12 ounces spaghetti
- 2 cups alfredo sauce, prepared
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- While pasta is cooking, melt butter in a medium saucepan.
- Add garlic, lemon juice, crab meat, and shrimp (with tails removed).
- Saute on med-low heat.
- Prepare alfredo sauce according to package directions (we use a powdered mix that needs to be boiled, then simmered in order for it to thicken, but you can use a jar of prepared sauce and just heat it through).
- When shrimp mixture is done (heated through, and garlic is soft), add sauce to shrimp and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Drain pasta, add sauce, and mix to coat pasta.
- Serve immediately.
