Saucy Poppyseed Chicken Skillet
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Creamy Poppyseed Dressing
- 1/4 cup fat-free reduced-sodium beef broth
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 can (15-1/4 oz.) peach slices, drained
- 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
- Cook chicken in hot oil in large covered skillet on medium-high heat 4 min.
- on each side or until each breast is evenly browned on both sides.
- Mix dressing, broth, garlic and ginger until blended; pour over chicken.
- Bring just to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 3 min.
- or until chicken is done (165 degrees F).
- Add peaches and peas; mix well.
- Cook 2 to 4 min.
- or until peaches and peas are heated through, stirring occasionally.
