Saucy Poppyseed Chicken Skillet

  1. Cook chicken in hot oil in large covered skillet on medium-high heat 4 min.
  2. on each side or until each breast is evenly browned on both sides.
  3. Mix dressing, broth, garlic and ginger until blended; pour over chicken.
  4. Bring just to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 3 min.
  5. or until chicken is done (165 degrees F).
  6. Add peaches and peas; mix well.
  7. Cook 2 to 4 min.
  8. or until peaches and peas are heated through, stirring occasionally.
