Saketini

• 1/2 lime, juiced
• 3 ounces lychee infused sake
• Lychee fruit
• 1 ounce Pomegranate juice

1. Squeeze the lime juice into a martini shaker.
2. Add ice 2/3rds of the way up the shaker.
3. Add lychee infused sake.
4. Shake vigorously.
5. Place a lychee fruit in a martini glass.
6. Strain the cocktail into the glass.
7. Pour the pomegranate juice gently into the martini glass for a floating effect.
