Pepperjack & Ham Quesadilla
- 1 flour tortilla (6 inch)
- 1 slice KRAFT 2% Milk Pepperjack Singles
- 1 slice OSCAR MAYER Smoked Ham
- 2 Tbsp. salsa
- 1-1/2 Tbsp. BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
- 1/8 lb. romaine lettuce leaf
- 1/2 medium tomato
- 2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 pear
- 1 8-oz. container peach nonfat yogurt
- Top tortilla with cheese and ham; microwave on HIGH for one minute, or until cheese melts.
- Spoon salsa and sour cream evenly over tortilla; roll.
- Make an easy and interesting side salad with lettuce (1/8 pound = 1 cup), tomato (chopped), olive oil, vinegar and chopped pear.
- Enjoy creamy yogurt for dessert.
