Trout or Salmon Dip

• 8 ounces cooked trout, flaked
• 12 cup soft cream cheese
• 12 cup sour cream
• 1 tablespoon finely chopped red onion
• 12 teaspoon lemon juice
• 1 pinch fresh parsley

1. Mix all together and start dipping!
