Apple Bean Bake

• 48 each great northern beans jar, drained
• 4 tablespoons butter or margarine
• 3 cups apples tart cooking, peeled, cubed
• 1/2 cup onions chopped
• 3/4 cup brown sugar, light
• 1/2 cup ketchup
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon salt or to taste

1. Melt butter in a large skillet.
2. Add apples and onions.
3. Cook for 10 minutes or until apples are tender, stirring occasionally.
4. Add brown sugar and stir until dissolved.
5. Blend in ketchup, cinnamon and salt.
6. Place beans in 2 quart casserole.
7. Pour apple mixture over beans and mix well.
8. Bake in a preheated 375?
9. oven for 1 hour.
