Autumn Caramel Apple Cheesecake-Pie

  1. Combine the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla extract.
  2. Mix with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
  3. Add the eggs.
  4. Mix until blended, then blend in juice; combine well.
  5. Pour into crust.
  6. Bake at 350 F for 40 minutes or until center is almost set.
  7. Let pie cool, then chill at least 3 hours.
  8. Before serving, when chilled, drizzle caramel over pie, sprinkling nuts as well.
  9. Enjoy!
