Turkey Pot Pie

  1. Melt mayonnaise in a heavy saucepan over low heat.
  2. Add flour. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  3. Add milk, stirring until mixture is thickened and bubbly.
  4. Stir in turkey, mixed vegetables, bouillon granules and pepper.
  5. Cook over medium heat until thoroughly heated.
  6. Spoon into a 9-inch pie plate or casserole dish.
  7. Unroll crescent rolls and place pieces side by side on lightly floured surface.
  8. Roll dough to a 10-inch square. Cut into 1-inch strips and arrange in lattice design over turkey or chicken mixture.
  9. Bake at 375u0b0 for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  10. Yields 4 servings.
