Vinegar Pie
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour, unbleached all-purpose
- 1 cup water cold
- 5 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 1/2 tablespoons butter
- 4 large eggs beaten
- Combine sugar and flour.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and place in a saucepan.
- Cook until thick and pour into prepared pie crust.
- Bake in a 375F (190C).
- oven until crust is brown.
