Sweet-Savoury Fried Komatsuna and Minced Chicken Rice Bowl
- 1 bunch Komatsuna
- 200 grams Minced chicken
- 1 knob Ginger (grated)
- 4 tbsp White sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 2 tbsp Mirin
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 Hot cooked rice
- 4 Egg yolks (optional)
- Wash the komatsuna leaves and discard the roots.
- Chop finely and grate the ginger.
- Put minced chicken and the ingredients in a frying pan.
- Crumble the minced chicken and mix well.
- Turn on the heat.
- Fry until the chicken mince is finely separated.
- When the chicken mince is cooked through, add the drained komatsuna and fry.
- Add the soy sauce to adjust the taste to your liking.
- Add the sesame seeds.
- Put the hot cooked rice in a bowl and transfer the fried chicken mince on top.
- Place an egg yolk in the centre.
- Serve.
