Squash Parmesan

  1. Cut

  3. squash
  4. lengthwise into 1/4 inch slices. In large

  7. eggs and water.
  8. Coat squash slices intlour,tip

  10. egg mixture, then coat with bread crumbs.
  11. In large
  12. skillet,
  13. cook
  14. squash
  15. slices
  16. in a small amount
  17. of hot oil until lightly browned, turning once.
  18. Drain on paper toweling.
  19. In bottom on 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish, spread bottom with sauce, about 1/2 cup.tayer squash slices, cheese and meat; cover
  20. with sauce.tepeat layers.tprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered
  21. in
  22. 350u0b0 oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
