Three Hour Beef Stew Recipe

• 2 tbsp. dry onion soup
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 2 lbs. beef stew (sm. pcs)

1. Mix beef stew and above ingredients together in a plastic bag.
2. Shake till all meat is covered.
3. Place meat in baking dish.
4. Put on top of meat the following: 3 medium carrots in medium pcs, 6 medium potatoes cut in chunks, and 1 large onion or possibly 6 small onions.
5. Pour over all: 1/2 c. ketchup
6. Mix ketchup with soup.
7. Bake 3 hrs, covered, at 300 degrees.
8. Sprinkle with 1/2 c. of parsley when ready to serve (optional).
