Strawberry and Avocado Salad

• 1 head romaine lettuce
• 1 pint strawberry
• 1 avocado
• 12 cup roasted salted cashews
• 1 12 tablespoons poppy seeds (or 1 TB Poppy Seed Dressing)
• 1 cup olive oil
• 1 teaspoon dry mustard
• 34 cup sugar
• 13 cup wine vinegar
• 1 teaspoon salt

1. Salad: Chop up all ingredients and mix together.
2. Dressing: Mix all ingredients with a wire mix.
3. Pour dressing over salad and enjoy.
