Greek Meat Balls Recipe

  1. Combine all ingredients except bouillon, kneading after Large eggs are added.
  2. Roll lightly into 1 to 1 1/2 inch balls.
  3. Bring bouillon to a boil and drop in meatballs.
  4. Reduce heat to a simmer, then cover and cook for 20-30 min.
  5. Meatballs are cooked when they rise to the surface.
