Spicy Mango Salsa Recipe

  1. Slice the flesh of the mangoes away from the pits (this is easier than trying to carve out the pit).
  2. Roughly dice the flesh and transfer to a bowl.
  3. Cut the serranos into medium dice.
  4. Transfer to a small bowl.
  5. Chop the cilantro so that its medium to fine and transfer to another bowl.
  6. Medium-dice the onion and transfer to a bowl.
  7. In a large bowl, add the chopped mango, diced serranos and onion, cilantro, the juice of 1 lime, and the measured salt.
  8. Mix gently to combine.
  9. Taste and season with additional salt and lime juice as desired.
  10. Serve with chips.
