Shrimp Tacos with Salsa Verde
- 1/2 cup Kraft Italian Zesty Lime Dressing, divided
- 1 lb. (450 g) uncooked deveined peeled large shrimp
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 4 cups loosely packed fresh cilantro with tender stems intact
- 8 corn tortillas (6 inch), warmed
- 3 radishes, thinly sliced
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- Heat medium skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add 1/4 cup dressing and shrimp; cook 3 to 4 min.
- or until shrimp turn pink, stirring frequently.
- Remove from heat.
- Blend remaining dressing, water and cilantro in blender until smooth.
- Spoon shrimp onto tortillas; top with radishes and onions.
- Drizzle with salsa verde.
