Broiled Kielbasa and Pineapple Picks

  1. HEAT the broiler.
  2. PLACE the kielbasa slices on a large rimmed baking sheet.
  3. Broil for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly charred.
  4. ADD the pineapple chunks and water chestnuts and broil for an additional 5 minutes, until the fruit is slightly charred.
  5. To make the sauce, Combine the jelly, mustard, and soy sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  6. Stir until the jelly is melted and the sauce is smooth and well blended.
  7. TRANSFER the kielbasa, pineapple, and water chestnuts to a serving bowl.
  8. Drizzle with the warm sauce and serve with toothpicks.
