Cheesy chicken and little tree casserole

  1. While the broccoli is being steamed or boiled (not too much, you still want it slightly crunchy), rip the meat off the chicken in small pieces
  2. In a medium saucepan, heat chicken stock until boiling.
  3. Reduce heat to low and stir in sour cream, cream cheese and milk.
  4. When dissolved, add cheeses, garlic powder and approximately 1/8 tsp ground cracked pepper.
  5. Whisk until smooth
  6. Pour half the sauce into the bottom of a rectangular casserole dish
  7. Layer the chicken and broccoli over this and pour the remaining sauce over the top and sprinkle with the extra tasty cheese and a more parmesan (not too much or the flavour can become too strong and salty)
  8. Bake at 180C for 15-20 minutes
