Mizore-ae (Deep-fried Vegetables with Grated Daikon Radish Dressing)

  1. Combine all broth ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a simmer and turn off the heat.
  2. Let it cool down.
  3. Drain the water off the vegetables well.
  4. Heat the vegetable oil for deep frying to 170C in a pot.
  5. Deep-fry eggplants and green peppers with no coating.
  6. Drain off the oil well.
  7. Combine broth and grated daikon radish and deep-fried vegetables.
  8. Top with the scallion.
  9. (optional)
