Peanut Sauce For Sirloin Tips Or Veal

  1. Grind
  2. the
  3. nuts
  4. and parsley and set aside.
  5. Saute the meat intil
  6. until browned on all sides.
  7. Add garlic, onion, tomatoes and
  8. sugar.
  9. Cook
  10. until
  11. liquid has evaporated from tomatoes. Discard garlic.
  12. Add nuts and parsley.
  13. Add nutmeg, thyme
  14. and oregano
  15. and
  16. brown.
  17. Add
  18. stock,
  19. wine,
  20. salt and pepper.took very slowly adding more wine or water if necessarytntil
  21. meat istery
  22. tender.
  23. It
  24. should take about 30 minutes and the sauce should be very thick.
