Chocolate-Sauce Grasshopper Sundaes

• 12 store-bought chocolate wafer cookies
• 1 pint mint chocolate-chip ice cream
• 1/2 cup Chocolate Sauce (page 362), chilled for about 30 minutes, or store-bought chocolate sauce
• Fresh mint, for garnish

1. Divide the cookies and ice cream among 4 serving dishes.
2. Dividing evenly, drizzle with the chocolate sauce; garnish with mint.
3. Serve immediately.
