Chicken Satay

  1. Mix first 4 ingredients; pour over chicken in shallow glass dish.
  2. Refrigerate at least 1 hour to marinate, turning after 30 min.
  3. Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
  5. Thread chicken onto skewers.
  6. Grill 4 to 5 min.
  7. on each side or until chicken is done.
