Chunky Salmon Chowder

  1. Melt butter in large saucepan over medium heat until hot.
  2. Stir in onions, stirring constantly for 2-3 minutes until tender.
  3. Stir in water, corn, potatoes, salt and milk, mix well.
  4. Bring to a boil.
  5. Simmer at reduced heat for 10 minutes.
  6. Add salmon and lemon-pepper seasoning, cook another 10 minutes.
  7. Stir in dill and serve.
