Red Skin Potato Salad

  1. Boil diced potatoes with skin on for approximately 10 minutes or until fork tinder.
  2. DO NOT OVER BOIL
  3. Drain potatoes (DO NOT RINSE) and set aside
  4. Mix well Sour Cream, Dukes Mayonnaise, Hidden Valley Ranch powder, Dill and Bacon until smooth and creamy.
  5. Add potatoes and pour melted butter over them
  6. Stir till potatoes are covered well
  7. Ready to eat hot or cold
