Apple & Mulberry Cobbler
- 2 Apple (small)
- 150 ml Mulberries
- 6 tbsp Sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp Flour (cake flour)
- 100 grams Flour (cake flour)
- 2 tbsp Oatmeal
- 1 tbsp Wheat bran
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Milk
- Chop the apple into thin pieces.
- Place the apple, mulberries, and sugar in a heat-resistant container.
- Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high for 8 minutes.
- While the filling is cooking, make the topping.
- Add the flour, oatmeal, wheat bran, sugar, and cinnamon to a bowl and mix.
- Pour in the vegetable oil and stir.
- Add the egg and milk and stir some more.
- Remove the filling from the microwave and stir in 1 tablespoon of flour and mix.
- Add another 1/2 tablespoon of flour and mix.
- Top the filling with spoonfuls of the topping batter.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 200C for 15 minutes and it's done.
- Serve with ice cream while still piping hot.
