Herb and Garlic Chicken Fajitas
- 1/4 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1 lb. (450 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
- 1 small red onion, cut into thin slices
- 1 each red, yellow and green pepper, cut into thin strips
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup Philadelphia Herb & Garlic Cream Cheese Product
- Heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-heat.
- Add chicken and onions; cook 5 to 6 min.
- or until chicken is done, stirring frequently.
- Add peppers; cook 3 to 4 min.
- or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
- Spoon chicken mixture down centres of tortillas, top with cream cheese product.
- Fold up bottom of each tortilla, then overlap sides and roll up starting at bottom edge.
