Spicy Stir-Fried Rice Packed With Leeks and Sesame Seeds
- 350 grams Cooked rice
- 100 grams Ground pork
- 3 Green onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 clove Ginger (grated)
- 2 tbsp Sesame seeds
- 1 1/2 tsp Chinese soup stock
- 1 dash Black pepper
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tsp Sesame oil
- 2 tsp Gochujang
- 1 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- Mix the ingredients together.
- Next, stir in the gochujang and dissolve it.
- Heat the vegetable oil and stir fry the ginger until aromatic.
- Add the pork and separate it while stir frying.
- Once it all has browned, add the leeks and stir fry.
- Then, season with the ingredients.
- Finally, add the rice to Step 3 and break it up while quickly stir frying.
- Add the sesame seeds and Chinese soup stock, and season with black pepper.
- Now, it's ready.
