Spicy Stir-Fried Rice Packed With Leeks and Sesame Seeds

  1. Mix the ingredients together.
  2. Next, stir in the gochujang and dissolve it.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil and stir fry the ginger until aromatic.
  4. Add the pork and separate it while stir frying.
  5. Once it all has browned, add the leeks and stir fry.
  6. Then, season with the ingredients.
  7. Finally, add the rice to Step 3 and break it up while quickly stir frying.
  8. Add the sesame seeds and Chinese soup stock, and season with black pepper.
  9. Now, it's ready.
