Chocolate-Glazed Banana Bread

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Beat butter and sugar in large bowl with mixer until well blended.
  3. Add bananas, sour cream and eggs; mix well.
  4. Add combined dry ingredients; mix just until moistened.
  5. Stir in nuts.
  6. Pour into greased and floured 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  7. Bake 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  8. Cool 5 min.
  9. ; remove from pan to wire rack.
  10. Cool completely.
  11. Cook chocolate and cream in small heavy saucepan on very low heat 3 to 5 min.
  12. or until chocolate is completely melted, stirring frequently.
  13. Cool 5 min.
  14. or until slightly thickened.
  15. Drizzle over bread.
  16. Let stand until glaze is set.
  17. Refrigerate leftovers.
